New Stainless Steel Table Base: We have created an elegant and original line inspired by the rings of Saturn.
A touch of class for tables made of crystal, glass or other precious materials.
Keeler – Mirror Polished Stainless Steel Table Base: the structure for designer tables Keeler It's more than just a support leg.
Classy furnishings are defined by their details, and when it comes to tables, it's essential to enhance the surface of the tabletop with a base that has the right aesthetic impact.
Keeler was born from the idea of our Metal. Car. designers who have enhanced the qualities of thestainless steel, an metal extremely resistant and suitable for high-class creations.
The concentric orbital lines are inspired by Saturn's rings and were designed by our designers to highlight the unparalleled elegance of mirror-polished stainless steel, thanks to its perfect light reflections. The result is a designer piece that integrates seamlessly with high-quality shelves.
The production phases: designer table bases at Metal. Car. in Turin.
From the initial design to the final finishing touches, the Keeler table base is created through a series of stainless steel processes , starting with the metal sheets received directly from our suppliers at our Turin metalworks. They are listed below:
-
- Design and planningIt includes both the graphic part of the product study and the 3D design carried out on the Metal.Car machinery software.
-
- Laser cut: the stainless steel sheets are shaped with millimetric precision, thanks to the latest generation metal cutting technology.
-
- BendingThe sheet metal is folded over on itself. This way, while leaving some empty space inside, the structure remains lightweight and easy to transport.
-
- Soldering: the previously shaped and folded sheets are welded together.
-
- Polishing: the stainless steel is polished for a long time with progressively finer abrasive machines, until the metal surface becomes as shiny as a mirror.
All the previous processes required to create stainless steel table bases are carried out in Turin, at our laboratory.
